added a making themes wiki tutorial using hyde-theme-starter

I don't like this, it needs to show as a folder view because
hyde-gallery.mdhas a hyphenyou mind if the wiki file in hyde-gallery changes to
main.mdor whatever the convention is? that'll fix this
