Description and Context

hs sandbox

Update description to: "Commands for managing sandboxes."
Remove all flags except for the --help flag because they don't do anything
Support hs sandboxes as the plural alias

hs sandbox create

Add period to description
Remove --version flag flag
Remove all positional args

hs sandbox delete

Add period to description
Remove --version flag flag
Remove support for account positional
