@jkleinsc @jglovier This is an attempt at language for a code of
conduct.

  1. do you like it?
  2. after we agree, I think we should post the PR on the Slack, inviting
    public comment
  3. after we have accepted language, I’ll add this to all HospitalRun
    repos.
