Fixes #862

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Script to automate populating non-English translations with the keys existing in English translations and reorder the keys in translation file by alphabetic order
  • Actually go reorder the keys in English translation file

@mqchau this is awesome! Thanks for the PR! I would love to see this turned into an Ember Addon at some point as others could benefit from this as well.
