vgrep: downgrade version

• Does your build pass brew audit --strict <formula> (after doing brew install --build-from-source <formula>)? If this is a new formula, does it pass brew audit --new <formula>?

Related to #88329.
Version 5.2.2 was released unintentionally (see vrothberg/vgrep#158), so 2.5.2 is the correct version. In the meantime 2.5.3 2.5.5 has been released, so this PR includes that version.
