Previous download link didn't work because they moved the archive. Initial version of the game is still free, and now there is another one, paid and distributed over Steam. The free version is called "Student version". It doesn't seem to be open-source though.
May be inaccurate. Although I used Google Translate and it seems to be gratis.

TeXLive is open-source and various components are under different licenses. BasicTeX is just a subset of TeXLive.
Bean 2.x is under MIT license. Bean 3.x (latest) is closed source, but free to use. From the homepage: > Bean 3.x is closed source. However, Bean 2.4.x is open source > (download source code here <http://www.bean-osx.com/source/Bean-Source.zip>).
