Add Dbvisualizer.app v9.1.11

Adding a cask for DbVisualizer universal database tool. It was made for developers, DBAs and analysts. It is the perfect solution since the same tool can be used on all major operating systems accessing a wide range of databases.

Since the app bundle here is a GUI installer rather than the app itself, app isn't the right stanza. Instead of app 'DbVisualizer Installer.app', we should say

caveats do
  manual_installer('DbVisualizer Installer.app')
end

to alert users that they need to take an additional step.

After #6660, it will be possible to do that without needing a caveats block.
