Unlike #4412, this PR focuses on Casks which use version numbers.
70 of the included Casks use version numbers; 8 use the "latest" scheme.
There is still no code in the core to make use of the appcast stanza, but I'm working on it.
Edit: reduced to 76 Casks in revisions of PR.
