Instead of using a built-in (mockable) clock, take all timestamps as arguments. This allows the midi controller code to pass its own timestamps into the clock instead of relying on walltime. Also calculate a smoothed beat position based on reported data instead of using the raw beat reported timestamp. Updated tests
