This PR primarily resolves the issue#737
image

Apart from the primary issue, this PR also fixes the following issues :

  1. With the addition of Farsi translation, the main readme file's list order was not maintained. FIXED
  2. German translation link was not added to the main readme file. FIXED
  3. Minor changes to the German translation file to add translation to the alternative text on images. FIXED
