Fix explorer table was always too wide with extra white space on right side causing an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar. Changed width for both the header row and item rows from 100vw to 100%, and added min-width.

Greetings,
It was my expectation that this PR #1067 would completely resolve issue #355 and that the issue would be closed. But it still appears in the list of open issues at https://github.com/HeyPuter/puter/contribute. Are you planning to close it, or are you expecting more?
