Pushing the latest changes from bmaas-byoi-sles-build [PR #13]

File "Hosting.md" added. Also updated README for reference to this Hosting.md
root login enabled on the serial console
rootpw is enabled and encrypted
bonding mode changed to balance-tlb
no_switch_lag set to true
adding "skip_ssl_verify: false" to Service template
Running test script by default; Parameter "-x true" to skip this test.
