This is for Java UI Swing development.
In misc project sdk configuration.
Contains javac options for java development.
Set the project module SDK to inherit from the project instead of duplicating.

Removed unnecessary explicit configuration, updated haxe version, fixed #40, and re-add openfl and flixel library references which were removed in a previous commit 2e1cb43 .
Referenced IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate 2020.3.4 default project files for Haxe project. (This is the latest IDEA version that works with IntelliJ-Haxe.)
