tests: use yml as configuration file for hathor core

Acceptance Criteria

• Soon hathor-core will remove support for using custom python configuration file, so we must change in the integration tests to use a yml file.

• Make sure you do not include new dependencies in the project unless strictly necessary and do not include dev-dependencies as production ones. More dependencies increase the possibility of one of them being hijacked and affecting us.
