Readme should state inner workings

Hi

Please add a phrase to the intro in the readme file, making clear that any python code runs on the PC rather than on the Arduino itself, and calls to the library issue commands over the serial link.
Beginners, seeking to program the Arduino using Python, might not realize, their Python code won't work without the PC connected to the Arduino.
