I believe this is more of a workaround of an actual issue. The commit https://git.gnome.org/browse/pango/commit/?id=906509e22bf617d97a71f41d335d7a0dec344187 says that a deprecated function has been removed. Maybe it would be wiser to update the way glyphs are displayed? |
