…bumps Documents the 4 commits accumulated on main since tag v1.15.3: - Verbara rebrand (4728976) — ADR-0036, doc-only (no code/namespace changes yet; coordinated migration is a future track). - README v1.15.3 status refresh (5564527) — Status block + Voice AI Features bullet brought current with the v1.15.3 release. - Meziantou.Analyzer 3.0.58 → 3.0.60 (Dependabot PR #39). - dotnet-reportgenerator-globaltool 5.5.7 → 5.5.9 (Dependabot PR #40). These will roll into the next release cut. No version bump in this commit — Directory.Build.props remains at 1.15.3.
