Based on the feedback from #3151, this PR is changing the Adult shooting gallery reward in rando to now require a quiver. This makes it match our existing logic generation that has always required a bow, and matches n64/3ds rando.
To help reminder the player that the purple rupee is not the actual reward, a new custom message is added that will display after the GI message for the purple rupee letting the player know to "come back later with a bow to get a different prize". This reminder message behavior also matches what 3ds rando had and n64 rando recently introduced.
