This PR improves Ticket tool notifications.

Show blue Icon on unassigned tickets
add Icon on Tickets who have been assigned to you by another staff
Improve code Style on ticket-search.blade.php
Sort Tickets by "updated_at" instead of "created_at" (feel free to remove this if not appropriate, HDVinnie)
