Description

Add auto-formatted release notes using any github actions script such as auto-drafter / release-drafter. This should be able to look at the type / keywords in the commit message to identify under which category it should be. For example, commits that are prefaced with feat should be features and commits that are prefaced with refactor should be under a refactoring section.
