SublimeText 3 Only - Dropped support for ST2

Overview

Changed the syntax file format and dropped Sublime 2 support and misc patches.

Changes

• Convert syntax to sublime-syntax instead of tmLanguage
• Regex patch
• Match on ES6-style module keywords.
• Fix incorrect matching of Express/Mocha keywords
