- Verified all changes documented in breaking-changes.md file
- Fixed design of summary translation to match previous version (and expectations) better.
- Added counter, delta counter + non-monotonic-counter tests.
- Note: Delta counters are NOW fake-delta (i.e. cumulatives with limited time windows)
