When I donate to a project or my project receive a donation, notification isn't sent

I've checked on prod and for donation on Gnosis all related notifications are sent for my users
But on polygon or op I didn't receive notification related to my donations, plz take a look @mohammadranjbarz

I've checked it today and I received related notification, wa can close this issue
it seems for 0usd value the notification won't be sent we can create another issue if it is important
