Make Header / Sign-In styling and functionality problems

UAT Test Problem raised:

• Header styling is not following the design (Shadow)

• Menu is not following the design (Shadow)

• "Sign-In" button should be invisible when not signed-in.

• GIV button and reward menu, will only show after sign-in.

• Selected Tab background in top menu (eorexample when in homepage, it should have background)

• When user clicks on Change wallet, the user should not see sign-in again.

and the header should move with the scroll.
