Fix for Maps. Fix the disable maps button wasn't working.
Few bug fixes/logging changes, double checking config settings.

Return of Google Maps for those brave to want to use billing API.
Ability to enter Google API and hope won't be billed... Would not recommend however.

Add further 6 types of Bing Maps to Mapping options.. from Aerial to Roads to BirdsEye (where available)
Requires Bing API - but free to signup and does not need billing info/VISA

Change to using requests for image download for compatibility
