This Python script allows you to easily rename multiple files in a directory to a specified new name while preserving their original file extensions. It can be helpful for bulk renaming files quickly. ## How It Works The script takes the following steps: 1. It asks you to provide the directory path containing the files you want to rename. 2. It asks you to enter the new name you want to assign to all the files. 3. It iterates through all the files in the specified directory. 4. For each file, it combines the new name with the original file's extension and renames the file accordingly.
