Add syntax highlighter

And I guess where going with PrismJS. Stuff we'll support:

• Markup
• CSS
• C-like
  • Javascript
• PHP

We will not include more languages in core because, well, that would make one giant component. Instead, we'll provide a link to the download page to create your own combination of languages. Also, we'll include these plugins:

• Line Numbers
• Show language

The size of t he PrismJS compontent in Luna will be 10.46 kB.
