Change types for textfields from text to number/date where relevant

There are some fields in Luna that only allow numbers or dates, so instead of calling those fields text fields, we should call them number or date fields, this has some advantages over the current situation, most noteably, onscreen keyboards will show their number or date pad by default instead of a full fledged keyboard.
