This PR introduces the possibility to open filters in homepage and introduces following changes:

  • Remove deprecated hash path and related logic ('/search/', '/search/filter', '/detail/:pk', '/detail/:ctype/:pk')
  • Review ResourcesGrid plugin removing and externalizing not related logic
  • Review homepage configuration for resources grid
