Data and code to accompany our work on invasive Campylobacter isolates
allsearchfiles.zip contains all of the hmmsearch results for the orthologous gene sequences. To produce bitscores.tsv, unzip the file and run parse_bitscores_trim.pl gene_presence_absence.csv allsearchfiles.
