Most SAWScript functions with the prefix enable_* (dedicated to enabling certain options) have corresponding disable_* counterparts. The exceptions to this rule are enable_lax_arithmetic and enable_lax_pointer_ordering, as there do not exist corresponding disable_lax_arithmetic and disable_lax_pointer_ordering functions. We should add them for consistency.
