This adds some missing localizations for unlocalized names returned by the ItemStack-insensitive version of
Item.getUnlocalizedName().Relevant for the Item/Block stats introduced in GTNewHorizons/Hodgepodge#398.
Also fixes "Carpentry Hammer" / "Master Carpentry Hammer" being reverse.
