Clear Goals

• Can we nest the phone text image next to the opening paragraphs / blue box instead of having it sit underneath? Set under the sub-title of the section.
• New header: When should you send a text? (for above the do/don't boxes)
• Under measure performance: I gave a confusion instruction in figjam. I want to keep the intro sentence, I just want it to sit outside of the blue box. Please add back in Building and operationalizing a texting initiative requires time and effort, and you want to be able to demonstrate the results of that effort. but set it as normal text under the heading.

Rules and Regulations

• Download our TCPA overview—we're going to need to talk about this one more. We want someone to be able to download a PDF version of the google doc BUT we cannot link to our google drive directly, so when someone clicks the link, it should trigger an automatic download. Because of this, i'd like to include a "download" icon or something that helps users know that this will be the action when they click.

Trust

• Expand "example of direct mail" image to full page width—i will get you a higher res image. We'll also need to add alt text and a display this caption underneath the image:
  A paper mailer sent out by the State of Connecticut, in partnership with Code for America, to get the word out about their new SNAP texting initiative. Flier displays an image of an introduction text and includes key messages to reinforce legitimacy.
• For all phone images—can we add a bit of padding above the text box so it falls more naturally where you'd expect to view a text on your phone screen
• For all numbered bullet points, can we bold the first couple words/sentences (so match all section styles to the first one)

• Remove "intro" text above the phone/text image
