Design, test, and implement best practices pages

Epic Goal

When we implement this epic, users will have access to best practices to guide their campaign planning process.

Epic Why

As we remove our proactive coaching support we want to make sure we're providing the lessons we've learned about how to implement the best texting program possible.

We also want to make sure we are not overwhelming people with a ton of written guidance so testing the experience with users will ensure we are shipping the most essential information in the right format.

To complete

Prototype / implement content changes

• Prepare site IA for incoming content changes #1892
• Wireframe new guidance pages #1890
  • Select and develop high-fidelity mocks for key design patterns
• Develop new page templates in code to sit behind the log-in #1928
• Import locked content into templates and style #1929
• Release guidance section onto Staging behind the log-in using feature flag #1930
• User test new static content experience with at least 4 users #1989
• Make edits based on feedback
• Push feature to Production / remove feature flag

hi @heyitsmebev, i saw a comment to @jonathanbobel in figjam about an asset need. but it was specific to something Cathy or Em shared in slack. we have approval to use this asset on the site (attached). it's for the 'Establish trust' page in the 'Get the word out'section TextingBuckslip_English-vFF.pdf
