fix(komodo_defi_types): support TRON explorer URLs

Summary

• normalize explorer URL parsing so TRON hash-routed explorer configs resolve correctly
• keep TRON/TRC20 marked as not exposing KDF-backed tx history in protocol metadata
• align the TRON protocol regression test with the current explorer config shape
• include the pending SDK build config and test cleanup commit already on this branch
