This commit does the following: - Introduces a `delete_wallet` RPC to securely remove any wallet after password confirmation; it also prevents deletion of the active wallet. - It add a requirement for `CryptoCtx` to be initialized with a passphrase if a seednodes is being initialized, preventing startup without persistant p2p keypair. - It also improves WASM test documentation and removes/deactivates outdated QRC20 tests.
