fix(web): isolate cache adapters and update JS interop

Summary

• move CEX market-data Hive adapter ids and box names into shared versioned constants
• guard adapter registration and update the web file/platform wrappers for the current JS interop APIs
• bump the sdk submodule to include the wasm web interop fixes from fix(web): improve wasm JS interop bindings komodo-defi-sdk-flutter#315

Validation

• dart format on the touched app files
• flutter analyze on the touched app files
