based on the isFluid option, the column widths can either be based on the original width or calculated based on a inner widths.

I have added an option giving you a choice to set the column widths based on the fluid or fixed width thead.
The fluid width thead is the default option if fsm-is-fixed is not specified otherwise, setting fsm-is-fixed=“false” will have the same affect .
