Mess module bugs

Describe the bug

1. User is not able to download the menu menu.

2. The roll number is truncated in tables.

3. There is no ui for mess info form page
   To Reproduce
   Steps to reproduce the behavior:

4. Login with any user who hasn't registered in the mess module

5. Click on 'Central Mess'

6. There is a simple dropdown in the info form page

7. After registering try downloading the mess menu by clicking on the download button

8. Error is thrown

9. Login with mess manager account ayush@iiitdmj.ac.in

10. Click on respond to requests in the sidebar

11. Roll numbers in the table are truncated

12. This issue occurs in all tables that are being used

Expected behavior

1. There should be a simple interface for the info form page
2. User should be able to download the mess menu
3. Entire roll number should be displayed in tables
