Error while trying to apply for a scholarship in spacs module for students after 2020 batch

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Login with 2020 or later batch roll number.
2. Go to 'http://127.0.0.1:8000/spacs/student_view/'
3. Click on apply button on any scholarhip

Expected behavior
Application form should open up but nothing happens on clicking apply button but due previous code batches of students enrolled in or after 2020 cannot be fetched properly
