Please leave it in the netcore section because we are pretty ecumenical in what we put in the categories. See, for example, the webhook lambda function in the java section that is only incidentally a java app: https://fusionauth.io/docs/v1/tech/example-apps/

FYI, the way I've been submitting stuff for SEO review is to create an asana task, add it to the devrel board (under my list) and marketing board (under the SEO section), and then assign it to Brad there. I usually leave about a week for SEO review.
