Permanent install method for Firefox

1. Get your Mozilla Developer account

Sign up here

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/

2. Upload your extension

1. Navigate to Submit a New Add-on

2. Make sure select On your own. and continue

3. Upload your extension zip with CDM and continue

4. Select No and continue

3. Download extension

1. A few minutes after you upload extension, you will got email that your extension has been approved
2. After extension approved, navigate to Edit Product Page-->Manage Status & Versions-->Version xxx
3. Now, you can download signed extension for permanent use
