Welcome to Calm Attack, an open-source Flutter-based mobile application designed to assist individuals experiencing panic attacks. This app offers a variety of exercises aimed at helping users calm down and regain control.
- Breathing Exercise: Guided breathing exercises to help regulate breathing and reduce anxiety.
- Sound Focus Exercise: This exercise encourages users to focus on specific sounds to ground themselves in the present moment.
- Vibration Focus Exercise: Exercise that uses vibrations to help users become more aware of their physical sensations and stay grounded.
- Smell Imagination Exercise: This exercise guides users to imagine calming scents to help them relax and reduce stress.
- Test Imagination Exercise: Exercise that challenges users to imagine and visualize specific scenarios or images to distract from panic-inducing thoughts.
