Fixed screenshot issues

Description

• Turn on the screenshot in the observation space by default (instead of using a dummy blank image).
• Scale the screenshot to the right resolution before cropping. This is needed for render_mode = "human".
• Reset the environment's viewport before each episode.

There are no documentation changes.
