Logos supports multiple languages in their UI, it'd be nice if more people could use this installer, even once that don't speak English.

For initial scope we may consider tk GUI only, with Spanish ( @ctrlaltf24 ) and maybe French ( @n8marti )

Log messages should stay in English for debugging/ease of development purposes
