LISP - Routing Support

Might be good to see if FRR could support LISP in a future release.

FRR would love to have a implementation of LISP. At IETF 98 when I was speaking with Dino he asked about it as well. I would love to have someone step forward and provide this functionality for FRR.

The BGP RFAPI can be used *as is* to provide a (bgp-based) mapping system  backend  LISP for map registers and resolutions transaction. Drop me a line if you're interested in working on this...
