MRSS files can now contain multiple URLs, and the VAST payload will return all of them as nodes.
This is useful to provide ad creatives in multiple versions (eg. HLS, DASH, MP4), allowing players / SSAI engines to select the most appropriate one for any use case.
There is somewhat of a gross assumption that width, height, codec and bitrate applies to all renditions of the ads, but I think that's OK in many cases and can be approved down the road
