Rename onChange to onInputChage in AddressSearch

Details

We are refactoring inputs to work with the new form component. We renamed onChange to onInputChange in Form and we should rename it in AddressSearch so it works with Form.

Tests

1. Run npm run storybook
2. In the Form story, enter a value in Street and verify that no errors related to onChange prop show up.
3. In the AddressSearch story, enter a value in Street and verify that no errors related to onChange prop show up.
4. Test address search in other places, e.g. AddDebitCardPage, CompanyStep and verify that it still works.

Note: You'll still see CORS errors in both of those stories, since this input uses the googleplaces API.

QA Steps

1. Navigate to Settings > Payments > Add payment method > Debit card
2. Search for an address and verify that the search works and no console errors show up.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 on Workspace > Connect bank account > Company step and Additional details page.

Note: There's currently a bug that's preventing the State field to be autofilled when selecting an address. It's currently being addressed here #7807 (comment)
