[CP Staging] Fix tax amount error

Details

transaction.taxCode is undefined here which makes it use the wrong tax rate. Instead of defaulting to the default tax rate, let's default to the money request tax rate

3. Request $100 from the workspace
4. Change the tax rate to one with 5% rate
5. Tap the tax input and edit the currency
6. Press save
7. Verify that you can save the amount without errors.

9. Press Save
10. Verify that you see an error
