Checked, all works correctly for lndbtc.

Cases:

• update of 0.9 + trade/getbalance +
• clean installation +
• connection from 0.10 to 0.9 +
• connection between 0.10 +
• openchannel and direct trade +
• multihop buy btc/ltc +
• multihop sell btc/ltc +
• backup using restore from cli - looks like it does not work for simnet, but it is not connected with current PR (got 04/05/2020 16:48:13.321 [RPC] error: call /xudrpc.XudInit/RestoreNode errored with code 12: xud init service is disabled);
• backup on installation phase +* (see description below)

Description to backup case:

1. backup restore from connext-yy-lnd10 branch works correctly (run env with this branch -> rm containers + simnet folder except backup -> run env again using backup flow = same aliaces + balance);
2. backup restore from connext-yy branch does not work correctly (run env with connext-yy branch -> rm containers + simnet folder except backup -> run env with connext-yy-lnd10 using backup flow = same aliaces + no balance); It looks like I make typo in my seed phrase, but it means that I make it twicely in 2 my setups with different seeds.
3. it does not connected with this PR its just a note for investigation.
